Frequently Asked Questions
What students qualify?
Students with assessment scores at or below the 3rd grade are prime candidates. This is the population that programs are forced to put into the lowest level available, which sadly is too advanced for their success.
Are these classes in person and online?
Vminitration provides virtual classes via Zoom. Step-by-step video instructions are provided to assist students in accessing the platform and class. Furthermore, contextualized digital is provided as part of the instruction.
Is there a minimum enrollment
Yes, serving this population requires small class sizes and as such, is cost and personnel prohibitive to most programs. With a minimum of 5, we can field classes that will provide the special attention required.
hat if a student drops out, do we still pay for the service?
We structure classes based on a minimum number of student seats per year. This means that when a student progresses to the fundamentals level, a seat is available for another to occupy.
How do you determine success?
Curriculum and instruction are based on the achievement of MSG’s that are attained by conducting internal formative assessments that determine mastery, therefore leading to host program assessment testing (CASAS or TABE).
